"The individual that did the consult was very knowledgeable and helpful. The work took 8 days. I would highly recommend just buying new cabinets. The mess after the sanding and install was more than I expected. Some of the cabinets were left with debris and a considerable amount of dust in them, the shelves were not sanded on the ends where they were cut, leaving splinters and the sawdust was in the stove, dishwasher, cabinets that were covered and in the adjoining room. The craftsmanship turned out nice but noticeable that the edges were resurfaced. Itâ s hard to resurface cabinets that are old. The new doors cover the refacing. I feel the pricing is way to high for this type of project."

"Harris helped us with many aspects of remodels of two separate houses. The work Harris personally conducted included: custom cabinetry fabrication & installation, window installation, interior door installation, and other custom carpentry. Harris demonstrated a high level of integrity, attention to detail, proactive communication, and craftsmanship. We highly recommend him!"

"We hired McCormick Home Builders to remodel our living room, and we are beyond pleased with the result. The team was professional, worked efficiently, and Aris design ideas made a huge difference. The room feels so much brighter and more spacious. This was the best decision we made for our home, and we were already planning our next remodel with them."

"Great experience with Armada Construction! Ivan and his crew were fast, reliable and trustworthy. We hired them for an extensive bathroom remodel and loved how careful and respectful they were with our home and pets. They never left our gate open and always took time to greet our dog:) They brought our bathroom vision to life. They moved toilet, shower and vanity locations and did a beautiful installation with our tile. Definitely recommend this crew!"

"We recently hired Falfanys Painting to install luxury vinyl flooring and paint the interior of our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Their team was professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail throughout the entire process. Not only did they handle the flooring installation flawlessly, but they also installed and painted all the baseboards, which really tied the whole look together. The quality of their work was top-notch, and they made sure everything was clean and precise before finishing up. If you’re looking for reliable, skilled professionals for flooring or painting, I highly recommend Falfanys Painting. They transformed our home and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Pictures show before and after!"

"Jose arrived on time, and did a fantastic job of setting my island pieces and end panels and resetting cabinets that were not installed properly. I had to have this done so that countertops could be installed the next day. Jose is a professional who is experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. I plan to have him complete the rest of my kitchen and bath project and highly recommend his services."

"Wonderful. Beat my expectations. I had the vision and he made my vision come true."

"Everyone was lovely to work with.  All the crews who came to the house were very nice.  The end results were also lovely for the most part.  The cabinets are beautiful, but we do have some chipping of paint on the cabinets already which is disappointing since they are only a few months old.  The fireplace looks great.  The new windows are great.  We did have some leaking the first time it rained but they came back and caulked to fix that problem and also sanded and painted some of the damage to the cabinets.  We were very pleased with their prompt response to that issue.
As I said, they were lovely to work with, but communication was a challenge.  I wasn't clear on who my point of contact was supposed to be so I felt like I was bugging Vicky but I wasn't sure if that was part of her job.  I had to call a lot to find out when things were going to be completed.  I had to really stay on top of what still needed to be done and remind them.  We ran into a couple miscommunications. For example, we assumed that they would reinstall the appliances they pulled out of the kitchen as part of the scope of work but that was extra.  We also asked for a final walk through to go over the work done.  There were a lot of little issues that made the project look unfinished or unpolished.  Most of those were fixed in that final walk through.
Overall I would recommend them but I would encourage customers to be super specific in the initial contract and plan to be a project manager throughout the process.  I would also ask for a final walk through to have them correct anything that doesn't look right.
