"We had a problem getting our usual company out to fix our AC and then they let us know they would not be working the following day, a Saturday, to complete their fix as they were "only dealing with emergency situations. "  Well, we had en emergency too as we were expecting guests arriving for their vacation.  We tried Timo's because of their great reviews here at Angie's in hopes of getting an immediate response and a timely repair.  They were glad to work on a Saturday and were very responsive.  They had the system up and running hours before the guests arrived. The tech was polite and friendly, explained everything and texted pix to show exactly what was wrong.  We now have them doing twice a year service and are glad we found them.

"The service tech that came to our house, John, was very courteous, very knowledgeable and detected several issues that he explained in detail and it was easy to concur with his assessments. He found a big clog in a very old pipe, which had broken as he was inspecting it. This clog had been giving us problem and was preventing the air from turning on. He ran to home depot, bought a replacement part and installed it, at no additional charge! He also vacuumed the heating unit and installed a new latch to hold the filter in place. He took the time to explain about the need to ensure the filter is secure so dirt and dust does not work its way into the main unit (Which would be very bad!). He examined the outside air conditioner and we scheduled another appointment in 6 months for a nice general check up. The outside unit may have a leak, which we were previously aware of, but he provided us additional details and let us know what our future options may be. We decided in 6 months, when they return for the semi-annual service we signed up for, that we could see how everything is looking. Very happy with the experience with Magnolia!"
