"I hired them to clean/seal my tile and grout. Overall they were very helpful and were willing to do whatever I needed them to do. They did a really good job cleaning and were careful while using their machines near the base boards/cabinets. Unfortunately, I was not able to get the grout sealed due to the fact it takes 48hrs to properly seal which is impractical to not step on any 1 grout line while still living in the house. They also only accepted cash. I was not informed about the sealant until part way into the job and was not told it was cash or check only until the end of job. Still highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs, due to value for the money."

"I only had them three times now. Everybody does a different cleaning. I talk to them and tell them what I like to have. When I don't like it, I'll tell them. I absolutely loved what they did to the floors last Monday. I have wood floor and tile in my house. They do a full cleaning and I didn't do that yet because most of the times we do that in the spring and right after Christmas. So I don't know how that worked. I only have them for normal help in the house. Their pricing is average. They try to do a good job. I like the people who come in. They ask questions and I like that. They call you a day before and give you a time and check if that's okay with you. I like that very much. My problem with them is that I always have different people coming in. So they all do stuff differently. I don't like that very much because I can see the difference. The first one did a very good job. With the second one, my wood floor was very dull. The third one was absolutely wonderful. I would like to have the same people coming in every Monday."
