"Charlie was extremely efficient in assessing the entrance points for the bat colony that had been living in my attic. He was very informative about the process for getting the bats relocated. What I especially appreciated was that the procedure would not result in any harm to the bats. It turned out that the whole colony did not evacuate within the expected 3-day period, and several found their way into the house. Charlie was very good about coming back to re-assess and examined the attic area thoroughly. He discovered an entryway by the exhaust fan vent over my stove and blocked it off.
