The sales person, Lawrence, was very informative about building codes and what was involved in the process, and didn't talk down about any of his competitors like another company I received an estimate from did. "This company is absolutely wonderful beginning with the courtesy when I called to schedule an appointment the first time. Next Jack N who arrived at my home on time and as promised. He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. I have a large house that was built in 1902 and was NOT able to find anyone willing to tackle my problem. Acculevel came in and fixed every issue. My house has a tight crawl space but Acculevel was able to replace a beam and the sister joist. In addition provided support and leveled out my floor. This was done without needing to cut a hole in my floor. The results were immediate and my floor looks and feels wonderful. I immediately noticed the stability. "Tom organized his tile specialist (Mary...who is great) to meet up with my mother-in-law. The tile was picked out and the project was on its way. After the walls were down Tom could see the damage was under the surface. Tom and his men treat the jobs like it is their home. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done with a 100% perfection. My husband stopped over a couple of times. Not to inspect the job ... just to say Hi, because by the time Tom leaves your project you fill like you made a new friend. He was patient and took the time explaining everything to my 83 year mother-in-law which isn't always easy. She called us for three mornings in a row saying its like a new bathroom, she can't believe she cleaned that water off the floor for so long. I had priced our eight other companies and not only was this great company the best price. I have looked around other homes and the work and their quality was by the best I have seen. I spoke with a person named Dennis Merlini and not only did they deliver on timing, quality and price they even put the grass back around my driveway. If I could give them ten stars I certainly would have. I highly recommend this company to everyone. Great job to your whole team. "We were told that owing to the size of the crack (up to 1/2 inch in spots) it could take 2-3 visits to get the crack sealed up. We did ultimately need 3 trips and he arrived on-time or slightly before each visit. The first treatment took the crack from "water running across the floor" to "teaspoons of water puddling at the base". The second visit reduced it to "wall is damp" and the final visit finished it off. The work was done in the early spring when it was very wet and we've had a dry summer, but now that the rains have started up again we see no sign of damp. The first visit required removing the old concrete and cleaning the crack for injection, the last two visits were just injection of more polyurethane foam. Each time, excess foam was removed, the wall was coated in a white cement, and clean-up was performed."

"Their crew was amazing! They repaired several patch areas in my driveway and informed me one of the issues was due to a root from an old tree. They took extra time repairing that particular area and even patched an area that was not on our diagram, but knew it should be repaired. They will return in several weeks to sealcoat. Wonderful company!"
