Guardian closely worked with us on scheduling around our garbage pickup day, offsite parking availability and projected weather. Their bid was very reasonable and offered a reasonable time frame. Sealcoating was done with brush and squeegee and turned out great. Through no fault of Guardian, the mail truck did a number on the one end of the street and Guardian promptly fixed that for us for a nominal charge.
