We felt fully satisfied starting from the Owner Jason coming to quote the work to finishing the work, including a fence that had to be redone after another contractor. He not only quoted the total, but also provided the amount for each project separately (drainage using 4-6" rocks for a hillside patio, installing vinyl fence, installing wooden railing by steps down the hill) . He even picked up some needed material from the store. The Jason worked along side his coworkers who were all very professional as well. North Star's customer service was very warm and friendly. Very professional, high quality work. They were able to fit me in pretty quickly (just a couple weeks compared to 6-12 weeks with other companies). Highly recommend."
