"Mike Moniz was not daunted when my project became a larger than expected challenge. What was expected to take 3 days turned out to be 9 due to the conditions found under the tile of our patio. To finally reach the original concrete, 5 inches of surprising "junk" had to be removed. Rotted posts holding up the roof had to be replaced. Ultimately, the new covering of the patio turned out fine. He went on to clean and seal the stone pool deck. Impediments in the old stone were corrected and the sealing took place. Not only do I praise Mike's work, even more I must compliment his personality, patience and perseverance."

"Finished project was exactly what I wanted; all individuals were respectful, patient, hardworking and left the premises in great condition. Jesus was very patient and helpful in discussing the color combinations for stones and grout, showing me a sample before doing the staining. The sealing product has a heavy smell and if project is done inside as mine was, have good ventilation and/or take a couple days vacation. I love my finished patio project I will do business with them again."

"Roberto did a great job on the overlay and a fair job on the staining. The sealer used does nothing to repel stains from leaves, grass, dirt, water or anything else that lands on it. Roberto suggested using a mixture of Dawn dishwashing liquid and water and to scrub with a brush on the stain. However, this was completely ineffective on most stains. Also, there is a permanent circular mark from something that was set on the concrete while the sealer was being applied. After paying $4000 + for this job, you would expect the sealer to repel stains and to not have a permanent circle on the concrete. Very disappointing. As an added note, Roberto suggested buying a rug to cover up mistakes which occurred during the staining process."
