"Charles was extremely prompt and helpful from my first question through installation of a new water heater. They were extremely neat and efficient!"

"It went very well. Ross and crew showed up early and did a major repair to all the main bathroom fixtures where a leak was discovered behind the bathtub wall. The work was done in half a day with minimal disruption to the bathroom itself. There was less tearing up than expected and water pressure restoration was a bonus. I would DEFINITELY call this crew again for major plumbing repairs! KUDOS to you and your crew Ross!!"

"Both our inside and outside A/C unit was freezing up with ice.  When the ice would thaw, we would get a lot of water in the basement.  We had a different company come out first who told us nothing was wrong.  We then called DiBiase.  Joe came to our house on time as scheduled, found the problem and fixed it.  He was very helpful and got the job done quickly at a reasonable price.  I would definitely recommend them, we will be using them again in the future.

"Excellent. Crew was at my house within an hour of my call. Within 5 hours of waking up to no hot water they had a new water heater installed along with an emergency cutoff valve I requested and had cleaned up all the leaked water."

"Project: Install hot water heater. Job was done on time by knowledgeable workers and work area was cleaned."

"Very easy to deal with. Everyone I contacted at this company was polite, professional and actually cared about resolving our hot water heater problem."

"The workmanship was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Wouldn't even know they were here. Billy did an excellent job with the removal and instillation of a new hot water heater. Brought the instillation up to code by adding a drip pan and expansion tank. I have them coming back to replace valves for washing machine and installing shutoff valves."

"It went GREAT! The tech who arrived was really professional, he even wore little baggies over his boots so that he wouldn't track dirt into my house! He was able to diagnose the issue and get it resolved within 2 hours. I wish I had gotten his name so I could give him some recognition here, but he went above and beyond. The guy not only fixed the leaking pipe/valve, he proceeded in bleeding out the air in all of our heaters getting them working again, and even tightened the nut to our water shutoff valve so that it would stop dripping. The tech explained the whole process to me and showed me a thing or two about our boiler. Would definitely call again."
