"Adam, the owner of Tankless Industries, came out to assess my leaking tankless water heater and we discussed options between repair and replacement. I had several other quotes (for both repair and replacement), and between them all, Tankless quoted the best price and the quickest turnaround time. Adam presented as very knowledgeable during our initial meeting and the type of owner that took pride in his businessâ s reputation, so we went with him. Ultimately we opted for replacement as my prior unit was 13 years old and the cost to repair wasnâ t worth the investment (I should note here that Iâ m fairly knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing and plumbing equipment, so this wasnâ t an upsell situation). Brandon was our installer and did a great job. Adam even came out to review the work at the end of the day to ensure it was up to his standards. On top of that, during the quote, Adam had noted that the vent pipe for my furnace was dripping condensate down the exterior wall, damaging my stucco. During the water heater install, Brandon threw a pvc elbow on the pipe when he was finishing up. Yea, only a $1 part, but a strong testament to Adamâ s customer service and do-it-right attitude.
