"They did an amazing job. This was the first time my home had been cleaned since we moved in and so they did a deep cleaning of the whole house. Four ladies showed up at the house and got every inch in about an hour. They dusted, cleaned, vacummed, mopped, and scrubbed until the house sparkled. Normally it will be a bit cheaper for a scheduled service so I am signing up for a monthly service! Not only did they do an amazing job but they left a comment card just in case they may have missed something and the office called to follow up to see how it went. I would definitely use them again and suggest them to my friends. <br />"

"I received several quotes for refinishing my floors, some high and some low. Ultimately I went with the provider that understood my needs and was available when needed. Juan was very nice and professional throughout the entire process. During the estimate we walked through all of the problem areas and discussed all of my options. He noticed a section of my floors that were no longer properly glued to the subfloor and therefore created a popping sound when walking across them. He provided me with the option of replacing that section of flooring or repairing it by creating small holes in the floor to insert glue underneath the floors. Because the holes would be barely visible and honestly because it was more economical I chose to go the route of repair. In addition there was also a water spot near the bathroom entrance that I wanted replaced. Because I picked the repair option for the other section of the floors there was a slight mis-communication on how I wanted the water spot to be addressed. In the end we decided to go the route of replacing both the water section and the area where the floors had become unglued. Even with changing course in the middle of the project Juan was still able to complete the project on time. He also replaced and stained all of the shoe molding (correct term?) to match my new floors. I had just had my bathroom re-tiled and unfortunately that contractor had left caulking all around my baseboards. I needed something to cover that up and I briefly mentioned this during the estimate but we never fully discussed in detail. Juan went above and beyond by also adding shoe molding in my bathroom. <br /> I love my floors and I am now scared to put anything on them because they look so great. I would definitely recommend Velagui Floors to anyone and I will use them in the future as needed. Thank you so much Juan!!! <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Cand C sent over a four-person team to deep clean my kitchen and bathroom. They did so much in one hour! I'm amazed. $150 isn't cheap for me, but it was well worth the price for the service. In addition to all the expected cleaning, they emptied my trash, wiped down the baseboards, even wiped off my spice jars and arranged them neatly! <br /> The only hiccup was that one of the cleaners dropped my husband's cologne and broke the bottle. However, they told me about immediately and said that if I'd mail the receipt for a new bottle to the company, they would reimburse me, so I'm pleased. Accidents can always happen, but I like that they were honest and prompt in fixing the issue. <br /> Overall, very happy with their services, and I would hire them again! <br />"
