"The floors look great, no problem there. Sanding dust was well-contained and cleaned up. However the scheduling (and communication about it) was a problem. The work was finally begun after three delays, totaling nine days, after initially-promised start date. "Hugh was very responsive to my questions when he arrived and most importantly, very honest.  He was also very pleasant and easy to talk to.  He took a look at some of the stains and was honest about  whether or not they could be removed.  He was also very honest about other areas I was considering having cleaned, saying that he'd be happy to do it, but did not want me to waste my money since they looked great already (he was right, I just thought it wouldn't hurt to have it done).  I really appreciated that.  As far as the spots in the carpet, he really took his time to carefully assess the area and pretreat them with a variety of pretreatments, before shampooing.
Overall, my carpet looks SO much better than it did before, thanks to Hugh's very hard work.  I will definitely be using him again, and would recommend him to anyone.
