"Daniel and his partner installed new appliances and tile in my kitchen, I had new counter tops installed as well in my kitchen and master bathroom. I also used John Krause for a repair to my shed from water damage again Daniel and his partner did an excellent job for me. Very please with Daniel and his work. I believe Daniel is a sub-contractor for John Krause, but none the less in my opinion he did really good work and communicated with every step of the way."

"The window replacement crew was very efficient. They were careful not to disturb anything inside or outside the house. They explained the installation process very well and did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished. And I love the new windows!"

"So please that I went with JW. The side entry porch had rotted wood throughout and the steps were sagging. Also, exterior house paint had been removed years ago but prior owners did not address one side of house, probably cause it was hidden behind crepe myrtles. Crepe myrtles are now gone and that wall is very visible on the street. Also there were some little jobs needed around the house such as replacing rotted boards above the garage. Got a quote from JW in late April and scheduled the work for the week of July 21 for 6-7 days of work. Two workers showed up promptly on the 21st and did a great job. Very pleased with the JW crew as they kept me posted on the progress throughout the job which was completed in six days. Wish I could post before and after pictures as it looks fantastic"

"Completed Exteriors, LLC exceeded my expectations of a superior job replacing my roof. They even replaced 7 areas of my rotting roof and replaced it with new boards. They are licensed, insured and completely legitimate. In my personal opinion they gave me honest competitive estimates without trying to take advantage of me. My only advice that I can give you is to get at least 5 or 6 estimates before you choose. Complete Exteriors gave me about the same bid as 2 others companies. Don t sign any contracts until you received all your bids plus written estimates, plus have the actual funds available. I chose Complete Exteriors because there was no sales pressure, they seemed better prepared and gave more than one option to choose from the cheapest to the a better quality shingle on my house. I choose option 2 which was a better warranty, better quality shingle. The other 2 companies only gave me one option, too much sales pressure and too eager to push me to sign a binding contract after 3 business days. These two companies were just way too hungry to get my business and that gave me red flags to hold off. I checked out Complete Exteriors and found out that this company would sponsor and donate money for school sports events so kids can have the right equipment to play sports is okay is in my book. They gave back to the community and I like that."

"Not all heroes wear capes! Economy Restoration LLC., saved my home! Long story short is I had a new roof, siding and gutters done in November 2018 by contractors that did unworkmanlike installations and kept trying to band aide the job. I had several contractors look over the installs and was told by all of them that in their professional opinions, everything would need to be redone from scratch. This was absolutely one of the most stressful and devastating things Iâ ve ever encountered in my life. It was back to the drawing board on hiring another contractor and hopefully not get burned again. I had several estimates and was fortunate enough to learn about Economy Restoration through my boyfriend who had been selling merchandise for the past couple of years to the COO, Rob Knotts. I did my research and saw that they are a fairly new company with great reviews. I spoke with Rob and explained the situation and he understood my positioning entirely and went above and beyond to assure me I was in good hands this time. Rob came to my home to assess the prior installs and came to all the same conclusions as the other contractors and more. He was very thorough and taught me more about the prior job that made me 100% ready to get these installations redone properly. I was still very nervous over the situation because nobody should have to go through this all over again in a year and coming 100% out of my pocket this time. My boyfriend and I picked out the new colors of shingles and siding and were ready to pull the trigger for the 2nd time and hopefully the last time for this project. The installations were setup for November 2019, exactly a year after the prior job. The roof was the first to be installed and the amount of issues from the prior contract blew me away once I got a better look over it all. The crew did an excellent job in repairing all these matters and they knocked it out in ONE DAY! That wasnâ t the case with the last company, so I was thrilled to see my brand-new roof with proper drip edge, overhang and flashing. Up next was the siding installation and there was quite a bit of wood and facia replaced during this process. Economy made sure to stick 100% to their contract and go above and beyond on my home. Economy made my home look brand new! Installed the roof, siding and repaired many matters from the prior contractors. I canâ t thank Rob enough for his attention to detail and knowing how tender a situation this has been for my household. The roofing and siding crew moved quickly, but made sure to do the jobs right, cleaned up behind themselves and not damage anything in the process. I recommend Economy Restoration to anyone for their exceptional work and they even came out to Baltimore for a trek to make this experience right for us. "I contacted three companies requesting an estimate to replace the roof on my 3-story townhouse. Liberty Windows and Siding contacted me within 2 hours. Originally, they scheduled a meet with one of their estimators, but when I mentioned I had read reviews involving Peter, the appointment was scheduled for the next afternoon with him. Turns out that Peter was on the other side of Baltimore at the time of our appointment, so at my suggestion we spoke on the phone as it was rush hour and I didn’t want him to try to rapidly get to my location during that time. Once I related to him that I needed a full roof replacement of my townhouse, Peter gave me a lot of information to consider, including the fact that he is one of the company owners. We engaged in a pleasant business conversation and some general chit-chat. Peter said he would get answers to my questions, obtain information regarding the size of my roof, and get back to me in a couple of hours. I was pleasantly shocked when during our next call, he offered a price to replace my roof that was so much lower than what I believed it could have been that I accepted immediately. I have yet to hear from the other two companies I had contacted. The next week Liberty Windows and Siding called to schedule the date of the work (and later reschedule--weather-related delays). The day of work, the crew was on time but there was a short delay as the materials had not yet arrived (different company). Once on-site and delivered to the roof, the Liberty Windows and Siding crew went right to work. I had already laid down some small tarps to cover the A/C compressor and some plants, bushes, etc., but they were respectful of my property and put down several additional large tarps to protect more of the lawn, the A/C compressor, and back porch. The crew answered any questions I had, picked up all the old shingles, plastic wrappers, and tar paper that floated to the ground rather than landing in the dumpster, and then used a long-handled magnet to find the errant nails from tear off. I had told Peter that I would buy the crew lunch, and they really seemed to enjoy it. I used to work in construction and, from the portions of the roof that I could view from the ground, the crew did an excellent job with tear-off and installation. They let me know that all the original plywood underlayment was in good condition and nothing structural needed replacing. It absolutely POURED down rain all the next day and night, and thus far I’ve seen no evidence of leaks. The roof is beautiful again and my house is looking so much better than its 27 years. I am extremely happy that I chose Liberty Windows and Siding to help maintain my home and highly recommend the company."
