"Bought the $58 diagnostic/repair deal from E Appliance.  Set up a date/time.  Office lady was helpful in that when I had to reschedule the date she did so with no problem.  Joseph came out (about 10 minutes after the scheduled window) and gave us an honest diagnostic: our oven is very old (50 years maybe?) and the needed parts are no longer available.  That's all we needed to hear because now we get to have it replaced by our home insurance!  Quick and tidy service.  Thanks!

"Things went great! Mario and his staff were a class act. He drove all the way to California City to install my mini split. I paid extra gas but to me that was commendable. Mario also sent me pictures and a video of his work installing a mini split. That is what sold me. It was installed in a timely manner and correctly. I love it! "The, technician, Miguel, showed on time and was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with my fuse box and Miguel was able to fix the problem. There was only a $97 fee for the work provided. Miguel noticed that that my system needed maintenance and provided me with a maintenance contract for a year which was the bet solution for my system. The technician came on time, researched and identified the problem to be a unit controlling the defrosting of the tubes bringing cold air from the compressor. The repairs would have cost over $500. The technician advised that it may not make sense to repair a fridge. I completely agree with technician’s suggestion and appreciate honest advice. I will not hesitate to listen to their opinion in the future."
