"We had Be Green Builders redesigned and build our kitchen, installed new counter tops, stainless steel appliances (that we had), paint and installed some home automation features. The people who did the actual work, the supervisor and the in-house designer were all very knowledge and experienced people. Nir who managed the actual work was a great person to deal with and he did a remarkable job. The office staff who were involved were also great and easy people to work with and they always were very responsive to our questions and concerns (via phone calls or emails). "He caught a problem with one of the parts in the faucet. Instead of replacing that part and telling me, because the problem still existed, I asked for a plumber to come out. He didn't communicate that to me so I had to end up spending more money to correct the problem, which it was more simplified if he would have communicated to me and all that should have been done was those 2 small parts which would have been much more less expensive. When I did speak to the plumber within the 30 days of the work guarantee, he kind of blamed me for it and I didn't like that. I told him it should have been resolved just off of the strength that the work was guaranteed for 30 days and it was the lack of communication on his part.
As far as the electrical work, I am satisfied with the electrical work. The only thing I am not satisfied with is the extractor fan ventilator in the bathroom because it has the same problem with the moisture. I don't know if the air is being extracted out or not.
The getting back is not that fast. It takes 3 days to a week for work that needs to be done.
The price was a little exorbitant."
