"I ordered Wind Safe garage doors, paid 50% deposit, and he delivered standard doors and claimed he could make them Wind Safe and later agreed he made a mistake and ordered the wrong doors. Wayne Dalton, the door manufacturer, told him he would have to reorder the correct doors. After he installed door openers he came back during the night and without my approval or knowledge he took the openers. He says he will only order the correct doors after I pay for the doors he ordered by mistake. Con Man do not deal with him!!!! I am out $3,500 and will have to get the correct doors."

"Eventually, it worked ok. Problems- a) they said over the phone that the technician would have the parts and he didn’t so he had to come back the next day, and we waited all morning and half of the afternoon for him to arrive. B) I thought $800 was a ridiculous amount for a door spring. We will never use this company again. C). Eventually, he got the door to work by modifying the wrong spring instead of using the correct spring. All in all, a poor experience."

"I am a handicapped senior citizen. Glass sliding patio door installation is the worst anyone has seen. Installed over rotten door frame, not installed for finishing interior sheetrock, leaks, glass door not on track and won't open all the way, screen door falls off, missing latch parts, track pieces falling off.....tons of pics to be posted later."
