"I do not remember the exact date or price. I remember Jere and his coworker showing up and helping me figure out my plumbing issue. I was so determined not to call a plumber because I was afraid of the cost. To make matters worst I called around and received some ridiculous quotes. I took it upon myself to snake, plumb and even remove the toilets to get to the drain to figure out what was wrong. I went to Lowes to buy a new toilet to replace the one I had and even took the toilet outside and flushed it with a hose. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element.
