The Berber carpet looked better than I anticipated, after it had dried completely (8 to 12 hrs) There were some high traffic areas that they informed me might not be restored completely, due to the long length of time that had passed since the previous cleaning. Those areas definitely improved after their initial cleaning, and improved a bit more when they returned a few days later to re-address those areas. I will use A Step Above in the future. As soon as he got some money he bailed leaving us with a nightmare of unfinished work. What little he had done was very poorly installed. Jamie from Expansive Flooring Solutions came in, showed us exactly what had been done wrong, gave us a great quote, told us exactly what we would need and a firm timeline. He was true to his word at every turn, communicated really well and while he peeled back the layers of the work that had been previously done, kept us really well informed. Jamie fixed all the terribly shoddy work, repaired all the short cuts and installed our flooring the right way. Jamie went above and beyond to get it right. Our nightmare is over and the new floors look incredible!"
