This was a new project of this type for Shawn and he executed beautifully - he truly is a very skilled craftsman. His competent helper Luis, tore out and rebuilt the dilapidated side walking deck that was previously installed without footers, now itâ s solid and safe. Ensure you are clear about the work being done. We had a disconnect on the bathroom wall area that was not resolved, and its beyond my skill level to resolve it.
