The deck had previously been done by a guy who did not know what he was doing so Jeff power washed the entire deck and let it dry for 24 hours, then he sanded the deck and scrubbed it down with denatured alcohol to help remove any remaining paint from before. When the deck was dry, Jeff taped off everything and proceeded to edge everything before he rolled a nice thick layer of paint on the deck. We waited another 24 hours and Jeff returned to apply a nice second coat of paint on the entire deck. The whole job took just over 2 days and each evening debris was removed and site left in good condition- minimal unavoidable damage to landscaping, very few nails found afterwards-' unlike previous contractors. "I received a roof inspection and a proposal for 14,000 roof repair needed.  I did not need any windows caulked, however, I received no other repairs, attachments, patching up, sealing/resealing.  I now know that I need major roof repair, but couldn't some patchwork have been done, sealing.....something until I can get the roof repaired?  Anyway, lessoned learned.  Once again, when I pay for an Angies List "deal", it usually cost me more than the quoted price or in this case, Huh????  I'm not doing this anymore.

"I called Woody to discuss setting up an appointment to get concrete steps fixed and for his opinion to see if my driveway needed to be repaved as well.  He answered on the first call, which was great!  But when I told him what I wanted, he says that they are really busy.  He asked me if I needed it right away and I said I didn't, but am shopping for quotes.  He said with the weather and the rain, he is too busy with other jobs.  This was fine with me because I could cross him off my list and look at other companies.  I'm sure another company will be happy to take my money.
