"They were wonderful and extremely professional. They identified some issues that were due to improper installation when the home was built. They had to change out all of the old venting and it looks like it's in brand new condition. They made sure all of the colors matched perfectly. They completed the job by blowing in the proper amount of insulation. We have already seen a huge difference in our air conditioner's performance. It used to run non-stop on 80 degree days, but now it cycles throughout the day the way it should. "All projects were completed with beautiful results. Their masonry division and pavers division both employ professional, seasoned crews who are assigned to the project with experienced foremen. With all of the projects there was meticulous care taken with the work, and they communicated with me about matters that came up along the way. The company was very easy to work with in negotiating the agreement, reviewing details, and getting responses to various questions along the way. There was a small group of stones, intended for capstones on a wall, that were not of the quality of the other stone, and they replaced those for me. Dan (masonry division & company) and Marty (paver division), division managers and senior managers of the company, offer careful review of their respective divisions' work and of the overall projects, and clearly care about their customers. The onsite foremen (John - masonry) and Rob (Pavers) were very careful with the details and the progress of the projects. They brought a lot of positive energy and enthusiasm to the work every day. In one instance a section of the drive wasn't to Rob's liking, and they pulled up that section and redid everything. They were careful to adjust the angles for drainage on the driveway, and were attentive to details that a lesser company might not pay attention to. They will purchase the quality of pavers/stone requested by the customer, and the Unilock pavers I chose to have installed both look beautiful, and appear to be durable also. They were attentive to protecting my home from construction dust, as I had requested, covering windows and doors in the vicinity, and cleaned up well after their work. I had a landscape design created for the overall plan for renovating the exterior of my home, and they comfortably worked with that design in establishing the dimensions of the various paver projects. I thought that the front area and driveway would look very nice as planned but it looks even better than I had hoped. Neighbors, and even the mail carrier have commented upon the awesome work; it is nice when one's neighbors can also enjoy and appreciate the results of a home project. Early in the planning stages I was deciding upon whether I was going to use HiCon's services for this work or another contractor. What tipped the balance was some advice from another contractor I had working at my home, who has had occasion to see HiCon's work over time because of the work that they do; their comment was that they thought I should contract with HiCon because their work is excellent and really holds up over time. Where this other contractor might see a more amateurishly constructed patio start to show signs of wear after a few years, the HiCon structures they have had occasion to see are often there many years later, still in good shape. I couldn't be more pleased with the work."

"I fought and fought with my Insurance Company for over a year with no results. I needed a new roof due to hail damage. I found Mr. Brown's company and called. I immediately received a phone call asking how he can help. I told him my situation with the roof and the Insurance he made an appointment with me within 24 hours and he was out to our house and up on the roof (himself) marking it and taking photos. He said there was major hail damage. He sat at my kitchen table while I called my Insurance Company. Once I received a claim adjuster Mr. Brown took over. I never again had to speak to the Insurance Company. I no longer had that stress of fighting for what was rightfully due me. This was not done in one phone call it took several and Mr. Brown was with me every step of the way. He did not stop! He finally got a settlement for me (which I was not able to due for a year) and we made a schedule to have the roof done. He scheduled a date - the date came the crew was there and Mr. Brown was on-site. He started his crew and then would come back and check in. His crew were professional and respectful and did a fantastic job. I had a roof repaired by another company on my first house many years ago and until the day I sold that house I was still picking up roof material out of the shrubs. NOT with this crew. I never found any material anywhere. The roof was installed and done in the time Mr. Brown said it would be and there was nothing for us to clean up. I can not recommend Mr. Brown and P & G Property Solutions enough. If it weren't for Mr. Brown I would have had to pay for my roof or....I may still be fighting to get it replaced. I highly recommend his company. Mr. Brown is a total professional and if he says he is going to do something it is done. There is no follow up on your part. It's done! I like that and you don't find that too much anymore. NOT related to the roof but.....after the wonderful experience I had dealing with Mr. Brown I found out he also installs carpet. You guessed it. He was hired. Again, the quality of work was unbelievable. The crew was professional did a wonderful job and no clean up! Mr. Brown was on site during that job as well. So Yes I give his Company and A+ and I have already proven I will use him whenever the need arises. You won't be sorry hiring him."
