"I researched roof repairers on home advisor on a Tuesday morning as my roof was leaking during a heavy rainfall. Later that morning William from Ark Exteriors called me and arranged to visit the next day at 8am to inspect my roof. He arrived on time to perform the inspection and after inspecting the roof he provided me with a quotation to complete the repairs and was able to schedule the work for 9.30am the next day. He and his team arrived on time on the Thursday morning and completed the repairs in about 4 hours. After the work was completed I went up into the loft area to visually inspect the work and I could see where the previously affected areas (water damaged/warped boards) had been very neatly replaced. The very next day we had more severe thunder storms with even heavier rain so I went up into the loft area again to check for leaks and there were no signs of water penetrating through the roof. William and Ark Exteriors were able to successfully complete my roof repairs within 48 hours of my initial inquiry at a price I thought was reasonable for the work being done. In addition to doing a good job on the roof they were punctual and performed the work quietly and efficiently. "Called Superior Insulation's phone number yesterday morning and left message. Rick called back at 5 PM. Told him what I need done. We discussed approximate price for job. I wanted him to meet at my house to see the attic to finalize a price. Rick and Jim met me this morning, looked at the attic and gave me a price. I agreed on their proposal and he did the project right away. Two hours later I had an attic with an R49 value again. The home is 17 years old and the insulation had shrank to about 4-6". I was well please with their knowledge and professionalism that Rick and Jim used on the installation and the answers to my questions that I asked of them. Everything was cleaned up and a hand shake after the job and now I can keep the heat and cool in my house instead of it going through the roof.
