"I researched roof repairers on home advisor on a Tuesday morning as my roof was leaking during a heavy rainfall. Later that morning William from Ark Exteriors called me and arranged to visit the next day at 8am to inspect my roof. He arrived on time to perform the inspection and after inspecting the roof he provided me with a quotation to complete the repairs and was able to schedule the work for 9.30am the next day. He and his team arrived on time on the Thursday morning and completed the repairs in about 4 hours. After the work was completed I went up into the loft area to visually inspect the work and I could see where the previously affected areas (water damaged/warped boards) had been very neatly replaced. The very next day we had more severe thunder storms with even heavier rain so I went up into the loft area again to check for leaks and there were no signs of water penetrating through the roof. William and Ark Exteriors were able to successfully complete my roof repairs within 48 hours of my initial inquiry at a price I thought was reasonable for the work being done. In addition to doing a good job on the roof they were punctual and performed the work quietly and efficiently. "After broken pipes were repaired by plumber, I called Superior and they set an appointment approx. two days later. From my description of the size(about 12 x 36 feet) and condition of the area, he gave me a price for the job.  They arrived promptly on 10/7, we signed the contract and they worked without stopping throughout the morning. They tore out the old insulation, which was soaked due to the leak, had been installed incorrectly decades ago and had chicken wire holding it up.  Despite moist and dirty conditions in the cramped crawlspace, they worked efficiently and quickly. They bagged and loaded the old insulation to take with them for disposal. They installed all new, superior insulation and cleaned up.  They completed the job for the price agreed upon and in less time than expected.  We would not hesitate to use this service provider again.

I asked for an estimate to replace the roof and it was less than I expected, but was told it didn't need done now. They did have to come back to secure the trim when it popped out a little (the trim didn’t have enough nails but it was in a difficult to reach area, near the roof peak) but they came out in a timely fashion and secured the trim.
