"Cunningham Construction (Paul and Vicki) helped us navigate a fairly complex remodel where we moved a laundry room to our garage and replaced the laundry with a shower creating an downstairs guest space with it's own bath and shower. Paul and Vicki adeptly managed the permitting process across our county and township. Paul's attention to detail showed through in the planning and execution. The project involved managing electrical, plumbing, painting and custom shower installation teams, drawing up architectural plans for the home, and leveraging a deep cross functional set of skills from framing, drywall, texturing, tile, door framing, procurement of materials and disposal. Their professional and detailed approach was further enhanced by their down-to-earth collaboration, explanation and high quality execution. "Ovation Restoration did an excellent job with our home improvement project. In our master bedroom, to take advantage of a fantastic view, they removed a large window from one wall, sealing it up like new, and installed a similar window on another wall. The work was performed quickly and skillfully, with great results. They also turned the double door leading into that room into a single door, creating more space in the room. Concurrently, in the guest bathroom, the old tub was removed, and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower was installed, along with a window with a fantastic view. The project manager Rick was a pleasure to work with, and his team were all professional, conscientious, and friendly. Everything turned out just as we imagined.
