"I recently had luxury vinyl planks installed in my galley kitchen, washroom/laundry room, and bathroom. All three of these spaces are tight quarters. However, the crew from District Floor Depot (DFD) did a fantastic job despite the limited space! (The required moving the refrigerator, stacked washer/dryer, stove, and 2 toilets.) The crew made it look like it was a piece of cake to do though I do know there were definitely challenges along the way. It took the crew about a day and half to complete. Each time there was an obstacle, the folks at DFD were quick to resolve, for example, they were a few planks short to complete the job. Rather than taking short cuts, they crew had the additional planks brought over and the job was completed to my satisfaction. All minor concerns that I had had were quickly resolved. I was particularly impressed with the post-installation service provided. I had a question about a “soft spot’ on the floor (the installation was “floated” atop of the existing underlayment) that I felt might cause premature wear. My concerns were quickly addressed (it turned out with “floating” floors having a ‘soft spot’ near a transition sight was normal and that no premature wear would occur.) I would definitely recommend District Floor Depot and would use them again!"

"After resolving an initial issue with dust collection, Elegant Floors completed the job extremely well. We had originally gotten estimates to replace the floors, but the cost of refinishing was considerably less, and our 35-year-old oak floors look brand new again! Elegant Floors was the only contractor that suggested replacing the heating registers with flush-mount, which gives a very finished look. The crew was professional, cleaned up every day, and did outstanding work. BTW, dust turned out to be a non-issue; their standard system left very little dust upon completion of the job."

"Two level deck needed minor surface rot repair, power washing, and staining. Flores Enterprises LLC quoted and completed the work in the same business week. Attention to detail on staining is excellent. Provided photos of repairs and completed work and kept me informed on any issues which arose. Would definitely hire again."

"I hired Lux and was communicating with Juan. He actually did the work. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He communicated very well and understood all my needs. The waterproof laminate flooring was done beautifully. Juan is excellent in his craft. He was on time and cleaned up any mess that was made. I would definitely hire him again. I think my daughter will hire him for the hardwood floor job she needs to have done.✅"

"I love my basement now! They removed all of the asbestos flooring, adhesive etc. and installed my new floor in 2 days. The employees were very respectful and worked efficiently. They had said 3 days but they hustled and did it in 2."

"We had new flooring installed in the basement of our home and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process was smooth and professional. The team helped us choose the perfect flooring that matched both our style and budget. The installers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid great attention to detail. They made sure everything was properly aligned and finished beautifully. The new floor looks incredible and have completely refreshed the look of our home. "Calix provided us with excellent and highly skilled carpentry services on multiple occasions. They’ve done several projects for us now, including replacing a bannister on our stairs (which included a new hand rail design), replacing a step on our indoor stairs as well as our gazebo outside, and designing and building a set of built-in shelves and cabinets. Carlos’s work is extremely high quality. He has excellent attention to detail and is very professional and timely. We happily and gladly recommend him for any carpentry services."

"Only con was they only sent 1 person to install all the floors in my 1900 sf home."

"Did very good job on installing the flooring. Informed us and stop work as they ditectrd a leak. Finished the job after leak was stopped. They could have just finished the work, later we would have detected water damage, which would have cost more to fix."
