It seemed as though he was trying to keep me on the hook but still not showing up when he said he would. I ended up telling the provider not to come out. He may have been a great worker, but his lack of punctuality seemed a little dishonest and manipulative to me. If he was able to improve his punctuality, I would use him in the future, as I thought he had good prices."
