"I was very satisfied with the job overall and plan to use this contractor for any needed future jobs.  James showed up exactly on time for the estimate and then on time again when it was time to bring the crew for days on the job.  The crew are employees not day labor and obviously had worked together awhile.  James made sure everything was ordered and specified as I wanted--shingle type and color, etc.-- and advised on any repairs indicated that didn't show up on initial inspection (this was repair/replace after weather damage).  The crew repaired a couple of minor items without additional charge from original quote.  James makes a point to use highest quality components and does not cut corners; obvious pride of workmanship; he backs the job a full five years for anything even if not related to workmanship so that speaks to the confidence he has in his work.   I'd have to think really hard to nitpick anything; there were a few roofing nails about the place and in the drive after they pulled off the job but that's to be expected...maybe running a magnet over the area would be helpful?  <br /> This was a replacement roof after weather damage and James worked with me and was flexible depending on how the insurance company was going to treat me on this job/whether I was going to file a claim or not.  I will need new siding soon and I will be calling this company to bid on that job too. <br />"
