"We had a different company service our heat pump twice in 2 months and was still not working properly. Called Fixed to Stay and a repairman came the next day and quickly found a freon leak. Our unit was 18 years old and not as energy efficient as the newer ones. Fixing the old unit was not an option. The repairman set up a consultation with a sales rep. for the next day. The sales rep was very informative and patient as we had lots of questions. We were given several options on the size and price of a new heat pump. Removal of old unit and installation of new was done in one day. We were also able to recycle our old unit ourselves. The installers also cleaned up after themselves. They were professional throughout. The sales rep. returned a day or so after unit was installed to check if we were happy with it and to pick up the final payment. Everyone we had contact with was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to deal with."

It was a bigger job than they had expected, but they stuck true to their quote, which was really impressive. They did a really neat job. My daughter didn’t have a hole in a doll bed; it came without a hole. He just drilled it for her. It's just little extras that count. They are just awesome."
