"I was first contacted by Carrie almost as soon as I sent an email to Appliance Repair Services. From then on she did a great job of keeping me updated on the repair. The service person was Jason who did an outstanding job in fixing our microwave oven despite an extremely poor design flaw in our Maytag combination oven/microwave. The problem was not apparent and Jason went out of his way to check every possibility starting with the least expensive. It took a few appointments in which Jason was always on time and was good about calling me ahead of time.
