They cut out sections of dry rot from the eves and other areas, repaired the damage, caulked and painted. They also repaired the patio, replacing two badly rotted beams including the main patio support beam. The did not drip or splash paint on brick walkways or patio and cleaned up every day before leaving. I would hire them again for any home maintenance or addition project."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"SES builders and Design did a large remodeling project at our house few months ago. The house was purchased by me last year but it was never remodeled or upgraded by the last owners. Anyway, with the help of Roi at SES builders, I was able to get the closest thing to a new house. My budget was not that big (relatively speaking for the scale of the work), but Roi did worked around that budget without any problem. The work that they did is fantastic and the kitchen is very beautiful. They replaced all the existing cabinets and added few more, replaced all the existing flooring and painted the entire house. Also the living room, bedrooms and bathroom got a brand new coat and style of paint and the new carpet completed the new look. We wanted that the 2 main rooms at the house (Bedroom and bathroom) will get extra attention by adding nice crown molding and new low voltage lighting fixtures on top of new plumbing fixtures and pipes. Over the entire remodeling is nothing but a fantastically and professional work!"

"They were really just fantastic.  The rep arrived on time and knew exactly what to do.  The job was somewhat complex but I had all the parts and was ready to help if needed.  This was a Buy Now Deal for $99 for any plumbing job and they honored it.  I was so pleased with the work and especially with the care taken with the vintage stuff, that I called them back to repair my old gravity furnace.  Action also bid on my back patio and stucco work, which I hope to get done soon.  They are a great company and can do it all.

"Tom Cohen and Joe Sapir were great. They went through the possibilities and options with us, including what we could do with our budget and possibilities for financing. We bought our house as part of a repossessed hillside property, and we had to buy it in "as is" condition with decades of deferred maintenance. We had chipped away at fixing up the interiors over the past ten years, and were ready for a major (and long overdue) overhaul of the exteriors. The house is 1,200 square feet, but the garage is basically two stories with the living area on the third floor. That means a lot of stucco to repair and a lot of surface to paint. We needed new windows to replace the 50-year old ones that were original with the house, along with a new front door and sliding glass door in the back. This included expanding the size of the windows so that they were bigger (and actually up to code). The insulation in the attic was very old and needed to be replaced as well. Our garage door was dented (by a previous owner) and needed to be replaced along with the motor. Our back porch was falling apart, and we needed that repaired and painted. Our back yard had little privacy and was too hot to spend much time in for most of the year, so we also had them put in a large alumawood patio cover that extends over the porch and most of the yard (to the edge of our garden). It was important to us not to just pick a "low bid" contractor and instead to get a company that would do the work with high-quality materials and skilled crews with proper insurance and quality guarantees. We wanted this to be the last major overhaul we have to do on the exteriors of this house. The crews that came to do all of the work were very skilled, and worked with us to make sure they were doing exactly the work we wanted. Each phase of the project went quickly and efficiently, with prompt inspections and "touch-ups" afterwards to make sure everything was done well. Tom and Joe were very responsive and communicated well with us throughout the projects. We are very happy with the work, and we got our money's worth."
