I worked on a few different crews with different companies through the years and I really wasn't happy with the way things where going. I was losing my pride, we where pushed to build as many pools as we could and the quality of the work wasn't as important to the big guy, as hurrying to the next job. I got together with a friend that felt the same as I and we went out on our own. We may have only built 1 pool a day, instead of 3, but we where proud.
