They played their music at a low volume not disrupting myself or neighbors. This has been a problem with other work crews in my neighborhood. Miguel did exactly what he said he would do. He even installed 2 new roof vents for no additional cost. He was on schedule and was successfully in and out of the project. He did not claim to know it all yet had the confidence as some one who does. My snap shot of him was a very polite, professional, well manner, and balanced individual. Me, knowing what I know, knew this to be false. People, what I have said here is true. A very reputable roofing company tried to sell me an entire teardown and replacement. They could not guarantee that their crew was good enough to repair 3 areas without potential leaking. This was astonishing to me. Miguel and his crew came in and did what I knew could be done. They did it professionally, honestly, and reasonably priced. He killed me with love but backed it up with a job well done. This is the first review iv"e ever written.
