"Hiring Vicki Brown was one of the best choices I ever made. My husband and I have a beautifully decorated home and we ourselves put very little time and effort into it—it was all Vicki. Although we made the final decisions Vicki narrowed down all the selections so decision making was easy. She sourced furniture, kitchen appliances, flooring and lighting fixtures, chose paint colors, fabric styles and colors and furniture arrangements. She scheduled appointments with furniture, appliance and countertops stores where we received VIP treatment as beneficiaries of Vicki’s many contacts. When it came to the Installation of the countertops, lighting, flooring and painting we took advantage of Vicki’s team of highly skilled tradespeople which included an electrician, plumber, painters, cabinet maker and seamstress. Vicki acted as contractor scheduling all aspects of the project and providing quality control. She was on site supervising the work and even helping with clean up when necessary. She stayed with the project every step of the way to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction which even included furniture delivery. The final stage of our project was window treatments. Vicki helped with the selection of the fabric and worked with the most fantastic seamstress that handmade all the draperies and came to our home to install them. I most definitely would recommend Vicki Brown. She is highly skilled, pleasant, professional, easy to work with and her fee is very reasonable—she’s worth at least twice more than what she charges. My husband and I are very happy with the final result and we are getting rave reviews from friends and family."

"D.L. Ritchie did a beautiful job painting the interior of my house! They were friendly and respectful, showed up promptly, and got the job done quick. The owner took the time to discuss colors with me, helping me choose the exact paint shades I needed. They were also able to remove old wallpaper and beatifully restore our walls. Their work is clean and flawless, and their paint job completely CHANGED the rooms in my house. Their prices are super reasonable, and I definitely recommend hiring them for any of your painting needs!"

"Mr. McGinnis came out to give us an estimate the day after I called.  He was very professional and friendly.  The estimate arrived three days later.  The office staff I dealt with were very professional and helpful.  The workmen arrived a few minutes early on the first day.  They did an excellent job of covering flooring and the large pieces of furniture that couldn't be moved out of the room.  The workmen seemed knowledgeable and quite capable.  The job was done at the exact time scheduled.  During  clean up, I noticed that plaster had been left on the walls where they joined the ceiling all around the room.  I asked the workman to wash the plaster off the walls and he did so without question.  Otherwise, his clean up was excellent.  After he left, I noticed some large black marks on the walls about 3" down from the ceiling.  The marks washed off without too much elbow grease.  Overall, a very good job at a slightly higher price than I had hoped for. <br />"

"Worked directly with Jesse from their design team to come up with specs and a computerized picture of the proposed kitchen. Steve then sat down with us to review the contract and estimated start date. The job started mid-February with the installation team arriving as scheduled. They sealed off the kitchen entrances with zippered curtains that eliminated dust and dirt from contaminating the other rooms.  All work was timely and well scheduled by Wayne, who coordinated the Install Team with the electrician, plumber, granite, backsplash,and appliances. We were never waiting on some promise to arrive. The sub-contractors that Patete uses are professional in every manner. Patete has two men (Dave and Dave) that are skilled workers that led all of the install and finish work. Both are very skilled at what they do. They seek to please you with numerous questions and answers to any concerns during the install prior to finalizing the work. The work was completed mid-March and we can not say enough on how nice the kitchen looks, as well as being functional for all of our needs. All of this comes at a price, which at first scared us off, but after working with Steve and his Team, the money spent gave us a quality kitchen, installed by skilled and courteous workers, in a timely manner. A few months later, they still honored my deal! WOW! I sent it in and they made the pad pretty quick. Shipping was fine and the fit was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone!
