The unit was difficult to get at as it was installed in our crawl space and took some time to remove the old unit. They did a great job as they replaced the old gas line which was too small and installed a new pressure regulator as we were experiencing a drop in water pressure if more than one faucet was open. Now have great water pressure and hotter constant water flow."

No smoking or dipping during the job; clean pipe fitting joints; not messy during install; tidy clean up. The job was completed quicker than I expected. As of this review, we are four days past the install and there have been no problems. I would consider them for future work."
