"Sheild proof roofing company is not reliable. Sheild roofing owners do not communicate at all. Many lies , no emails , no text or calls. I had to call the city to find out if the roofing permit was available. I found out the permit was ready. I had to call Sheild proof roofing to advise them the permit was ready and when will they start the roofing job. Mr Martinez gave me 3 different days he will start. No shows on every days no communication of any sort. I emailed Mr Martinez that I wanted my deposit of $8000 returned. Again no response. I had to go to the city and close the permit. I?ve been waiting since August 16 , 2024 for the roofing company to start but all I got was silence. I lost all confidence in Sheild proof roofing company with the non communication , lies and ability to preform the full correct work. I requested my deposit refunded by again no response silence. Please be advised the Sheild proof is a non professional company. Be aware."
