"Fabio's honesty and integrity restored our faith that there are some honest appliance repair companies out there. It was a Sunday, and my daughter's refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling. She called a different company first. They sent out a subcontractor (of course charging a diagnostic fee) who said the compressor needed to be replaced and provided an estimate of $1600. We knew something was off with this, so my daughter called Fabio. Fabio answered the phone late on a Sunday afternoon and told her the compressor should be covered under warranty. (The frig was only 4 years old). He asked her to text him the model number of the frig. Once he got that info, he confirmed the compressor was covered under warranty and recommended she contact the store where she purchased the frig and that they should replace the compressor for the cost of the labor only. He was right! (She had asked the previous service tech from the other company if it was covered under warranty and he said No). Fabio could easily have been like the other company and offer to replace the compressor for the cost of the part and labor. Fabio did not do that AND he helped her out knowing he would not get the service call. We appreciate Fabio's honesty and ethics and will definitely contact him first, as well as recommend him to friends and relatives, when we need any appliance serviced. Thank you Fabio!"

Located a water leak from the bathroom sink and replaced the damaged part. Installed new toilet. Arrived on the time promised, left everything clean and tidy. I highly recommend this business. He quickly identified those portions of the system that were functioning and not functioning. Steve and the team check the functioning aspects of the system to ensure they were functioning, would last and not require replacement. I NEVER felt like I was being up-sold or taken advantage. "I am not from the area and when I discovered I had water pouring from my water meter box, I was unsure who to call. Based on some reviews I found I submitted a quote request from their online system, as it was after hours. Someone from Kyle called me back first thing in the morning, shared the companies time and material rates and a special they had on offer! They had someone at my house by 1 PM and it was all fixed by 3 PM! They really did a great job, it was fast, the tech was super professional, and the price was very reasonable! I will definitely use them again."

"The service tech was very nice and friendly. They came out early on a Sunday morning after we called them on Saturday telling them our toilets were not draining. They performed the service very quickly. The price was fair for the septic draining and cleaning ($500), but they charged us $250 to snake out a 15ft pipe which seemed really pricy. Took them about 2 minutes to do it and when I went back in my records for the plumbing company we used last time 10 years ago they only charged us $50 to snake the pipe. I'm not sure why this company charges so much for this service when I could have rented the same machine from homedepot for $40 and did it myself. At least I know for next time. Only use them for the pump and cleaning of the septic, nothing else."
