"The experience was very stressful. The siding crew was very rough on our 1774 home. They damaged portions of the trim, a window, and the metal roof. I had to constantly monitor the crew to make sure they minimized damage and completed the work correctly. It was difficult communicating with the Spanish-speaking crew. Materials are in my yard that still have not been picked up 2 weeks later. The finished siding looks good, but that is the best complement I can make. I had doors replaced by Power on a previous job and was very satisfied. I would be cautious recommending Power for siding replacement on a similar old house."

I am a retired senior citizen who was out of town when a major windstorm uprooted a tree that landed on my house, putting a hole in the roof, along with tearing down all of the siding, and destroying the Soffitt, Fascia, gutters and downspouts. BBS immediately secured a tarp on the roof to prevent further damage, assessed the situation and presented an estimate for the needed repairs/replacement. They then worked closely with my insurance adjuster to agree on a fair price. Their customer service and attention to detail is exemplary. "Generally, I was pleased with the work. There were some scheduling issues (scheduled to start on a day, but didn't read through the texts to confirm, so didn't show up that day), but once they started the work, it was done in relatively good time. There was a pricing issue as well, in that we had contracted to have the siding repaired and replaced, but we didn't notice that the estimate did not include painting. When we asked about painting, we were told it was no problem. Once we received the quote for the painting however, we decided it was too much money, and said not to do the painting (via phone conversation and via text). The painting was done anyway, and though the cost for it was more than we had wanted to pay, it was already done and so we were stuck with having to pay additional money for it (though David did reduce the cost somewhat, which was helpful). There was also a quality issue with the work. However, when we called David and told him about the issue, he came to our house immediately to work through it, then stayed at the house with his employee and made sure everything was corrected. I was very impressed with David's willingness to correct mistakes and make sure we were satisfied. I would hire Rhinosite again, but I would be extra-extra-diligent in any and all communications with them."

"Roldolfo responded very quickly and was able to accommodate our immediate timeline. He was always on time, very friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. His skim-coating around two newly installed windows was terrific, and he was kind enough to repair a few additional anchor holes we added after he had begun. That being said, my husband and I fixed several deficiencies with the painting we only noticed after he had left. In a few places, it looked like only one coat of paint was used on the walls and the trim, as a few spotty areas still showed some of the plain white primer underneath – as if the rollers were not sufficiently loaded with paint. It produced a slightly splotchy, uneven appearance close up. We touched up some drips on the radiators too. Once we added another coat of paint ourselves, in specific places, it looks beautiful. My husband and I wanted the job finished ASAP so we could put all the furniture back, so we did it ourselves...although based on his responsiveness Rodolfo would likely have offered to fix the problem areas if we had requested it. Personally I would not hire them again, but if you need a job done very quickly, he’s capable."

"We lived on the West coast for 12 years, so when we relocated to the Stoneham area we had no network for contractors and remodeling vendors. That is a scary position to be in, when one needs to do a kitchen remodel.  We had purchased a house with a 1950s style kitchen which we planned to immediately update. 
After visiting/talking with several kitchen cabinet stores we did research on Angie's list.   Next, we interviewed Superior Kitchen & Bath, speaking with Jane, who is one of the owners.   We had an in-depth conversation about our plans for the remodel and our wish list.  That conversation was followed up with a document Jane sent via email explaining their approach to each project and how they prepare the project estimate and budget.  Next, Brandon (also an owner) visited our property to measure and take photos so that he could prepare a very detailed estimate.  I was impressed with their business practices - specifically documentation, information, detailed estimate, schedule of expected payments, what's included in the estimate, what's not included........ nothing was left unsaid and EVERYTHING was planned out.  We reworked the budget a few times to arrive at the final contract.  We had no surprises.
Moving forward with our project Jane sent us a date schedule which they maintained throughout the entire project.  They finished on time! 
On day 1 Brandon was on the job to start the demolition, and all their workers (some are subs) were very professional and always on time.  Brandon and Jane stayed in touch with subs and with us during the entire project.  Many nights we received an email from Brandon telling what to expect the next day. 
We couldn't be happier with the end result and the workmanship.  Several of our friends/visitors (some are in the home building industry) have complimented us on the finished kitchen and Superior's well done workmanship.
During the process I was very appreciative of Jane's assistance in selecting granite and tiles.  She met me at their selected suppliers to help me choose colors which was invaluable.
They handled the permits and inspections - and worked with our kitchen cabinet supplier seamlessly.  The electricians where helpful in deciding where to place new outlets; and the plumber did a fabulous job doing all the pipe replacements and adding our gas stove connection.  During our planning phase, we chose to change the refrigerator location to allow for more cabinets and counter space.  Our cabinet designer, Jane and Brandon helped me work that out and Superior did a fabulous job creating a cabinet around the refrigerator - I've posted a photo in this review.
We are so happy with our new kitchen and plan to use Superior when we tackle the bathroom upgrades.  If I could grade them with an A++ I would.  I highly recommend this company
