"It went fabulously! Dave and Lisa were absolutely wonderful. They arrived on time (a little early, even); and took just over three hours to complete the inspection. They were professional and courteous; patient with my husband and I (we had a lot of questions!); and great at explaining things to us in terms we could understand. They were very thorough, even though we had only purchased a basic inspection. The report they provided after the inspection was complete was easy to understand and wonderfully put-together. The house we bought is pretty old--there were quite a few things "found" during the process, but Dave and Lisa helped us understand which things were normal with an older house, so did not need much attention--and which things were major concerns that needed repair right away.
