"In August 2013, we hired them to repair soffits, eaves, and yankee gutters. The house is 100 years old, is still all-wood, and we are very particular about having things fixed properly to last another 100 years. It is also 3 stories tall, so some areas were 25' high. They properly repaired broken and missing corners, replacing the wood and then priming and painting the areas. They sealed the yankee gutters (not many people know how to work with this style of internally-built gutter) and made everything look like new. We got what we paid for, and extra (they painted other areas that needed touchup "while they were up there"). They came quickly, gave a quote, and stuck to the quote. UPDATE:
One of the vent pipes was still leaking after a recent rain, albeit not nearly as much.  I called Advantage and he showed up the next day.  He did a thorough inspection around the vent and found a crack in the ridge tiles and delamination in of tiles above the vent.  He replaced the flashing, reinstalled the tiles, and sealed the ridge cracks at no extra charge."
