The remaining person (assume it was a subcontractor) , finished the trim work outside but ran in to a problem with the interior trim. Casing and sill were not the right size. He tried but wasn't able to make it work. Despite the problem, the company reps contacted us immediately and scheduled a person to arrive in two days with the correct sized materials and finish the work. The person did arrive as promised and finished the installation of the interior trim. We're satisfied with the results and more than satisfied with their customer service."

"Went great.  Person came out.  I walked them through locations of foundation cracks and 3 window wells that would fill with water and seep in through window seals as there was no drain in wells.  Price was fair and the team that came out and did the work did so in a professional manner.  Chipping out concrete is never clean but they were careful to cover up items in the basement and ensured that they cleaned up both the interior and exterior sites that they worked on.  They put rubber membrane and re-tarred several water intrusion locations as a part of the service - from the outside of the building.  The basement is dry and I haven't seen any evidence of moisture since they completed the work.  This is a necessity if anyone is thinking of finishing an area like this in their house.
