"The installation crew did a fantastic job.  They were very conscientious, very considerate and they knew what they were doing and they got it done fairly quickly.

The price is a bit expensive but I got a good deal."

"Great. The salesman came to house and gave us a quotation in about two days. The installers came when they said they were coming. They installed everything quietly and quickly and completely cleaned everything up. We had no complaints."

"I've used Thermal Quality for the past 16 years on many projects (windows, doors, siding, gutters) and they have always been the best! They care about their service, stand behind their products and offer a competitive price. Can't go wrong with Kevin, Fran, Mitch and the rest of the crew!"

"Great company to deal with. Totally customer focused. My wife was not comfortable with me installing our security system myself, so internet based alarm companies were a no go. I contacted our existing company, Vector, Vivant, ADT & 1st Security. I met with all of the reps. Jeremy from 1st Security came to our home right away to conduct a detailed security assessment. He listened to our needs and our concerns with our existing landline based security system (through Vector), and he designed an effective yet practical and affordable set up for our home. Their prices cannot be beat- trust me I did my homework. Larry came to install the new security system and he was also great to deal with. Knowledgeable and patient- he took his time to explain how the system worked and gave us his cell # in case we had any issues. Kudos to 1st Security USA! Great folks doing business the way it should be done- honest and professional. I will be spreading the word"

"quality is always excellent. Delivery has always been on time. this is the third time I have used Arkansas wood door"

"I am very pleased with the new front door installation. I had a pleasant experience with everyone involved: Angela who scheduled the initial visit and installation, Joe who came out and took the door measurements, Randy and the other installer (sorry, I don't remember his name), and Bill the installation manager who came out to address the lock problem I had with the door.
NOTE: Before installer leaves make sure you can lock & unlock the door with and without the key, and that you can remove the key once the deadbolt is in the locked position. Don't just hold the door open & try it; actually close the door and make sure everything works. This will save you a lot of problems.

"Kenny did an excellent job in removing a one piece shower unit and installing a new tile shower. He was very prompt in returning phone calls and emails. He came out to give an estimate quickly and completed the job in the amount of time that he said it would require. He was very neat and cleaned up every day he was there to work. He allowed us to purchase the tile, shower doors, and shower base ourselves which saved quite a bit of money. He is easy to work with and is always was willing to answer any questions and give advice which works the best for the customer. His quote was very fair and all his work was top notch! The price of $5400.00 included labor and materials."

"Working with Tom and James, Brian, Nick, and Tom was a pleasure! Tom came to my house, masked (due to COVID19) and sold me the window. His price was very reasonable and within the realms of other quotations I had received. The time frame he set for the installation was within days of the actual work being done. His workmen were fast, (window was installed in 2 hrs!) extremely courteous, and Clean!!!! I am VERY pleased with my new window! I would Highly recommend this company."
