I agreed to the price and they scheduled me for the next day for pickup. Called me the next day with a arrival time for pickup and showed when promised to remove the items. A very efficient and professional transaction."

On the negative, after initial email exchange on my service request Noll said he would call back on Saturday to schedule the pickup time. By late Sunday had not heard from him so I called to arrange the pickup time. Everything went fine after that. The failure to call back when promised is the reason for 3 stars on customer service.
