"They did an excellent job. You cannot tell which tiles were replaced in the kitchen. Floor looks like new. Bathroom also looks new. The tile in both rooms were more than a decade old and showing signs of age. They arrived on time and protected adjacent flooring as they brought in equipment. I will use them again for additional projects."

"Not good. Unfortunately I would not recommend this company for their services. We paid them to clean our carpets and for a move-in cleaning of our new townhome and upon further inspection following the cleaning the kitchen was filthy and floors were filthy (a thorough cleaning was not performed). Unfortunately we spent hours actually cleaning the kitchen and floors as we were moving in the following day. We had already paid them for their services and tipped them well. We reached out to them with our findings and they stated they wanted to make it right but then NEVER heard back from them after repeated attempts of reaching out to them. Completely unprofessional and we feel taken advantage of. We paid THEM for a service in the middle of an already stressful moving process and that service wasn’t provided. Again, I’ve reached out multiple times to them and have not heard from them since June 22nd. They obviously have no interest of rectifying the situation. Never have I had such an unprofessional experience with a company. Never. I have some attached pictures of our findings after their “cleaning”. Clumps of the previous owners dog hair in the drawers, cupboards, dirt, food, filth. Nothing was touched. Update- the company responded to my google review stating that they never heard from me but I have reached back out 5 times now since June 22nd (today is July 10th) and not a single reply. I was communicating to Jeff the owner too. They are being dishonest. I would not recommend this company as they did not do a sufficient job with cleaning and from a moral standpoint (they took our money and have no interest in fixing the problem {reimbursing us} AND no interest in communicating with us). Keep looking."
