"Jim came sooner then expected. Look at the fithy drain and gave a reasonable estimate. Stating if he didn't have it finished in about an hour then he would have to come back and do more extensive work.
My drain was clogged with debris from recent construction and pack in the very well. Jim started and was done before I had time to question it.
He made sure the drain was working and the were no debris holing anything up.He clean my mess and his mess, very tidy.
Jim came in was very professional and polite. He talk in a manner that I understood and not professional jargon. Very tidy in appearce and work.

"Joe from JMS Drain Services was my service technician who arrived well within the window scheduled service time. Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes. I was pleased he resolved my clogged sink so quickly so I could rest after a night's work. Thank you again, Joe."

"Great people and honest. I appreciate this all the more lately after having to deal with two separate plumbing companies who were not nearly as honest. They mounted a toilet, roughed in two drains and some other work for $306. I was quoted by another company that this job would cost almost $2000. "Never had a problem. Their process is the easiest. You just call AHS with your problem, they get one of their screened providers to call you and set an appointment, the guy comes to either fix the problem on the spot (cost to you, $75 fixed), OR he comes, inspects, and gives a quote that may include things not covered by your contract (cost to you, $75 fixed). Then you either ok any additional costs and he fixes, or you ok if it's no additional costs and he fixes. If you don't like quote, call AHS and get a 2nd quote from another screened provider for no additional cost. What could be easier?"
