"We hired them to install gutters and paid a deposit and then the final bill when they were done. They later sent us a bill with a late fee attached. Thinking we had forgotten to pay them, we paid it - a $1680 overpayment. When we realized this, we contacted them multiple times, sent them proof of payment, and requested our money to be returned. They have repeatedly told us they would refund the money, but never have. This has been going on for over a month. Their latest communication said our payment would be in our bank on 12/9. Still no money. They are trying to keep our money."
