"The septic tank was pumped satisfactorily. The problem we had was that our gate and latching mechanism were damage by his employee doing the work. We were told that the gate was damaged. We called Mr Andrews after we discovered that gate was damaged. Mr Andrews told me that his employees were independent contractors and were responsible for any damages that occur. Mr Andrews asked me to send him pictures and a description of the damage. He said he would have his independent contractor contact me to resolve the issue. To date we have not heard from his independent contractor or Mr Andrews to resolve the issue The company does a good pumping your septic tank but doesn't take care of any damages that they cause. "It went very well! Tim came to the apartment and looked at the issue. He told me that he will place the order for the new and more efficient unit than the old boiler and install asap. Tim's crew came the following Monday to demolish the old boiler and installed the new boiler on the same day. The new boiler was up and running on the same day. It was a smooth startup!"

"The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"

"It went great! They were very professional and were here when they said they would be and cleaned up behind themselves. We did have a minor leakage problem with the first rain, but we called and they were back here within a couple of days to fix the problem and we have had no leakage since. I was impressed that they handled the call back so quickly, which to me, says a lot about their integrity. The company that did our original waterproofing has left Kentucky and our "lifetime" transferable warranty is now void, so having been burned once we were a bit leery, but they proved to be a very reliable company. Would not hesitate to recommend or use them again."
