We offer bathroom, kitchen and basement remodeling, deck build, hardwood floor installation, interior painting, tile. We do not claim perfection, but we promise pride, quality and perseverance. Over 20 years in business.
"I hired DS General Services Corp (Mr. Wehlington Da Silva) to refinish hardwood floors on the first floor; remove wall-to-wall carpet, remove vinyl floors and refinish the original hardwood floors on the second floor; and install new luxury vinyl plank flooring in our attic and basement. In other words, he and his team re-did all of the floors in the house from top to bottom. Wehlington and his crew arrived on time every morning at 7am and worked straight through each day until 5pm to 7pm. The crew was polite, courteous and professional. Wehlington consulted with me when necessary, but otherwise he was a man of few words. His actions spoke volumes: He was careful, professional, detail-oriented, committed to excellence, and took pride in the high quality of his workmanship. Wehlington advised me on what type of flooring to get, where to get it, and about how much different grades would cost. He also advised me on caring for my gorgeously refinished hardwood floors going forward. "The initial build went reasonably well. We did find problems which they did come back and fix. I noticed a railing support that was cracked. I was told that I must of done it, that was that. The plugs that cover the screw holes in the stairs are falling out. I looked for some at Home Depot, but couldn't find the right color. I still had Chase's cell #, so I texted him and asked if he could send me some plugs, and I would do it myself. No response. Tried again the next day, still no response. I'm not surprised. Aging the build was decent, price was higher than most. Now that nearly 2 years have gone by, and customer service should be anticipated, nothing. Never again."
