"While the quality of work and clean up performed by the crew was outstanding and Iâ m pleased with the finished product the crew didnâ t arrive until almost 11 and didnâ t leave until 9 PM. While I appreciate the goal of a new bathtub/shower replaced in as little as a day working until 9 PM is not acceptable. When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. As I said, Iâ m very happy with the finished product but 20k which includes no installation cost is way too much for what was actually provided."

"I hired Bob to install a new induction range, replacing a cooktop and cutting some of the stone countertop. He also replaced the existing hood vent with an over-the-range microwave. He was very knowledgeable and was able to do all of the work involved by himself. Bob knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He worked with us to figure out how to make it look like everything had originally been installed that way.
