The work began a week later and could not be happier. He completed the following: 1. Patched and painted the ceilings and walls, as well as painted all the trim/base boards (multiple coats). 2. Installed a new vanity/sink/faucet/drain in the bathroom. 3. Installed new closet doors. 4. Installed new 2" blinds in all windows. 5. Painted metal backsplash behind the oven. 6. "I had been compiling a list of projects /repairs for quite a while. Reached out to Todd Booth’s company based on the 5 star reviews! Working with these professionals was EXCEPTIONAL at the very least. My “punch list” included repairing/purchasing/replacing new doors, hanging a bannister, replacing a baluster, measuring and ordering an outdoor screen….hanging a light, plastering-painting and the hanging curtain rods, assistance with restoring bar stools …. Within days I was emailed a detailed quote on each project! Todd and Dave were punctual, professional, kind, tidy and just really nice people! Todd found little extra ways to make the home safer- adding an extra bracket to two bannisters that were not as secure as they could be/ nailing a loose piece of wood on stairway….the kicker was Todd searched and searched for the right window turn handles- and HE FOUND THEM!!!! Way to go Todd! Prices were on point! Worth every penny! My dwelling is back to feeling like a home - thanks to all their efforts!!!!! Can’t recommend them enough!!!!!! Hoping to have them back to assist with some interior painting this fall!"
