A very complete evaluation with an estimate came within 24 hours. Within a week PuroClean came in and did the treatments.  All sheet rocked areas were opened up to extend past where water stains were.  The areas were cleaned treated and sealed.  The area which did show active moisture was examined outside and a drain pipe was found to have separated causing water flooding the area whenever it rained.  John fixed the drain pipe. The evaluation and follow up report were reviewed by another mold remediation expert that the buyer had consulted.  The buyer was assured that all work was appropriate and complete.

Everyone I dealt with through this process was beyond pleasant and professional.  All work was scheduled quickly and done in the exact timeframe planned.
