At a time when some contractors are out there trying to sell unnecessary services and products, Sean is an honest, consultative, helpful professional. He was able to identify problems with our existing sump pit and corrected them. He also identified the fact that the sump pit was not in the lowest point of our foundation and installed a second sump pit and pump there. "Weather-Tite was recommended to me by a contractor who I trust to evaluate and repair water and moisture issues that I was having in my garage. Bob and his crew did a phenomenal job!! My husband and I are beyond thrilled with the results! They are professional, courteous, and fastidious. Half of my garage is underground, as there is a hill in my front yard leading up to the house. The repair involved excavating dirt along the front of my house next to the garage foundation wall down to the drain pipe, repairing cracks and holes, applying waterproofing and more. The interior wall was cleaned and drylock masonry paint was applied. My landscaping on the outside had to be removed and then put back. They did such a good job that you couldn't even tell it had been moved at all. We also had Bob and his crew complete a second job for us. This involved excavating another trench but in the back of the house along 16 feet of the foundation, replacing a drain pipe and waterproofing. They were at our house for three days. During that time and after we had torrential rain and everything stayed dry!!! I highly recommend Weather-Tite Waterproofing, Inc.!"

"The previous owner of our property used his French drain installation as a selling point, but shortly after we moved in we found water in the basement after a storm. It turned out that the "French drains" were a trench at the edges of the basement and a sump pump. The drains were not piped to the sump pump. We had Arid install real French drains with pipe to the sump pump well. Thus was in 2005 and we have not had any water in the basement since. Pat explained the job well and his team performed it quickly. They cleaned up well afterwards. The pump finally gave out last night (after almost 12 years). Arid is going to install new one on Friday."

"I received four estimates for my waterproofing project. Ultimately, I chose American A-1 Waterproofing due to the personalized and positive experience I had with Lou Manzo (Manager), Maurice (Foreman) and Crew Members. From the start, Lou was generally concerned with meeting my waterproofing needs. He actively listened to my concerns and provided satisfying solutions to achieve a dry basement without leading me down an unnecessary and confusing purchasing path. Lou explained the work to be done in great details. He was responsive to my calls, emails and texts and patiently answered ALL of my questions. Maurice and his crew members did an amazing job. They worked diligently during a heat wave and always demonstrated positive energy. They depicted such pride in their work -- making sure everything worked effectively and efficiently. I have to say, Lou really went above and beyond the call of duty. He ensured Maurice and Crew Members replaced a clogged downspout drainpipe and installed a cleanout valve. He ensured Maurice and Crew Members connected an exterior drainpipe from the catch basin to eliminate standing water in my front yard. This concept was Brilliant! And completed at the at a fraction of the cost! In addition, Lou consumed the cost to unclog a sewer line that compromised my newly installed Waterproofing System. But wait there is more! I have been unable to attend to other pertinent matters on/around my property, as I am recovering from surgery. Lou sympathized with my plight and ensured his crew demolished a crumbling flower bed wall and deteriorated shed in my backyard at a faction of the cost. Moreover, Lou returned with a crew member the day after the job was completed to reconnect my utility sink, washer and dryer and move them back into place free of charge. I am very pleased with the exceptional service provided by Lou, Maurice, and all Crew Members at American A-1 Waterproofing. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and GENUINE. They recently installed fencing on a retaining wall, replaced back fence, re-did my walkway and several other projects. Angelo and his crew made sure that everything was done correctly. "I wish that my local town's Zoning board were as easy to deal with as Antonio and his team! This project would have been easily done 4 months earlier had it not been for their somewhat overzealous desire to tell me what I can and cannot do with my property. But I digress... Antonio and his team have tons of great reviews here for a reason; they're doing very high quality work at what I felt was a reasonable price. I approached them with a design and a look in mind, they took that idea and they made it functional and effective. There were a couple of modifications to the plan during the work that Antonio and I had to negotiate, but they also did a fair amount of extra labor not detailed in the plan and, again, Antonio kept costs reasonable. The whole crew was very pleasant and they worked hard to keep everything clean and displacement to a minimum. They finished the work in 5 days, and we were promptly rained on the following two days. The drainage worked as expected and we no longer have giant pools of standing water near our foundation. The patio is gorgeous, too! We're excited to use it this weekend, even though this summer has already passed us by. We'll keep an eye out for any changes as the weather gets worse, but we feel assured that we've got the right team to help if something goes wrong."

"Shout out to Walker Sewer and Drain Services. My husband and I recently moved to Denville and have been having some unpredicted home issues. Steve always immediately answers my calls and text and comes quickly to fix our problems. First we had a leak in the heater system, then a leak in a radiator, then a pipe burst in our garage and most recently our heater would not turn on.
