During the walkthrough BEFORE the work started, Dominick pointed out a few things and we came up with a plan for the project. Dominick and his crew showed up on time every day and worked non-stop until the project was completed. The work was excellent! When electrical and plumbing issues came up, Dom found a solution. He was a pleasure to work with. Always responsive to every question or idea. He had great suggestions along the way and really took pride in his work. The project lasted a month when others had taken 6-8weeks and stayed very close to budget even though I had made a few additions to the original proposal. As a landlord I have used many contractors over the years. HD Renovations were the best! I look forward to working with them in the future!"

They never rushed one part of the job to beat a clock. They focused on quality , even near the end when others I hired rushed to finish. They were quiet, respectful and never in the way of anything ... very polite , hardworking men. Angelo was always here at critical times to ensure the job was done correctly. He has a sharp eye for detail and ensures everything is done correctly. They were also great at the end cleaning everything up. What impressed me also is the mutual respect between him and his crew. He knows how to talk to them and they respond. I never once heard him raise his voice or show anger. Angelo has apparently spent time training them and several have worked many years for him. "100% recommend these guys. Aaron was very professional and provided fair pricing. Really appreciated that they were straight forward in their estimates and timing. We got our wallpaper removed and walls painted in one of our bedrooms. Wallpaper removal is super tedious and they did a phenomenal job. Even did a couple extra things without being asked, which we really liked! We were very happy with the quality of work, so much so, that we asked them to do another job for us - repairing our shed in the backyard. Once again, they delivered great work in a very timely manner. Will definitely plan on using this company again in the future for other home improvement jobs!"

"We live in a prewar coop building in Manhattan and were in need of a kitchen, living and dining room/den renovation. Because of the limitations in our building, we were not optimistic that many changes could be made that would dramatically alter the feel/function of the space. Inson Wood proved us completely wrong. With his architectural eye and his impeccable design aesthetic we (and everyone who has been here before and after) experiences our apartment as an entirely different living space. Even family members are shocked at the transformation. I think that what Inson accomplished was the product of a few significant factors. First, Inson asks you what you want and seriously considers how you live. If Inson thinks that different approaches should be considered for what you want, he provides renderings of each option so that you can easily visualize and imagine them. Ultimately, Inson respects your preferences and works with them, elevating them to a level far above what you had imagined. Inson uses the highest quality vendors (whom we NEVER would have found) and expertly guides you through choices (note: follow his recommendations!!!)- our walls would never have had dimension and our kitchen backsplash never have been so unique (two examples) if not for the artisans that Inson uses. Inson is also willing to have you be as much or as little involved in the process as you want to be. I did go with Inson to choose many pieces of furniture but realized after a certain point that his taste point made me confident in him choosing much finishing work (ex: window treatments, decorative cushions, which I love) without me. As with all design work, there are always glitches and Inson was extremely responsive and responsible for taking care of those as they came up. We are nothing less than thrilled to come home each evening and enjoy our space, which feels like a luxurious retreat perfectly tailored to us."
