Conrad - project manager - stayed 100% on top of the daily progress, keeping us informed at all times, even with some rain issues to work around. Taylor in the office was very efficient with all billing and contacts. Another roofer wanted over 75% paid BEFORE any work was done - Joyland had very reasonable terms! MANY THANKS - great job!"

"Greg , the owner has horrible customer service, they don’t stand behind their work. I had a leak and called him on November 30 of 2022, one of his guys came out told us they will be back to fix the window. Never heard from them again. On September 26, 2023 I called them because they didn’t do anything. Of course they’re not taking any blame, when I called him out on it, he hung up on me. I would not recommend this company. The owner is very angry and combative."
